Tony and Kim Johnson are currently owners of Johnson's Jewelry. Tony has spent the last 29 years working full time in his "office" doing repairs, stone and head setting, and sizing to name a few. He learned years back that working on jewelry was his passion, and said Patti taught him everything she knew. In 1988, he went to jewelers school and continues to take pride in his workmanship. While Tony does the hands-on aspect, Kim does a lot of the custom designing, purchasing and management of the store. She joined ownership of the store in 2006.
We have served generations of families as their trusted jeweler for brilliant diamonds, beautiful fine jewelry, custom made styles, and expert jewelry repairs. But shopping with us is more than just a purchase or repair. Buying jewelry is about communicating, a way of telling someone you love them or wanting to congratulate them. We are an active part of the community and support local charities. Our relationship with you will last a lifetime. Let Tony, Kim, and their staff, help you celebrate life's most memorable moments, whether it be an engagement, birthday, special anniversary or "just because". We want to be a part of those big steps in your life, because we understand how important it is to communicate your emotions during those special moments.
Where Love Stories Begin...
In 1979, Patti and Terry Johnson, of Moscow, ID, opened Charms and Things in the Palouse Mall. Patti then renamed it to Patti's Jewelry in the early 80's and opened up Johnson's Jewelry in 1986, located right across the hall. In 1987 Patti decided to consolidate the two stores into one, Johnson's Jewelry. Patti decided she had a passion for jewelry and went on to learn more and become a certified bench jeweler. Patti and Terry retired in 2000 and sold the company to their son, Tony.
